EDA to review entire Royal Phoenix easement

Now that the restrictive covenants of the Royal Phoenix site have been reviewed, the Environmental Protection Agency is asking local officials to take a look at the property’s entire easement.

The Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority analyzed the site’s covenants to find ways to open the property up to new uses, like schools, storage facilities and businesses.

The EDA plans to meet with the EPA and FMC Corp. at the end of June to discuss proposed revisions to the easement.
