EDA to review entire Royal Phoenix easement

Now that the restrictive covenants of the Royal Phoenix site have been reviewed, the Environmental Protection Agency is asking local officials to take a look at the property’s entire easement.

The Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority analyzed the site’s covenants to find ways to open the property up to new uses, like schools, storage facilities and businesses.
